Supported Shipping Areas

JARKI Gemstones & Minerals provides shipping to anywhere in the world for any and all products.

Processing and Delivery

Purchases can be made via our website, Instagram, Facebook, or any other online platform used by JARKI Gemstones and Minerals.

JARKI Gemstones and Minerals’ orders takes within 1-2 days to process for shipping and will ship items within 1-3 business day after that. Shipping times are calculated once the order has been processed, NOT once the order has been placed. Once your package is shipped, JARKI Gemstones & Minerals is not responsible for delays on estimated delivery date due to courier company in use.

Customer will be notified via email if items purchased are out of stock or if we are delayed in any way. 

Custom orders will require more time to process and will be advised in the price proposal prior to agreement.

*Large orders may require a signature at the time of delivery.

Once the package leaves the store, we are not responsible for its arrival.  Please use the tracking number provided via email to track your package. If order is delayed or stolen, JARKI Gemstones & Minerals cannot be responsible. It is beyond the company’s control once your package is placed at the post office.

Price of Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 to anywhere in the United States, and Puerto Rico, and orders over $100 to Canada. For any other countries, there is no free shipping option available, and current mail currier rate will apply.

Economy rate usually takes about 5 to 7 business days for delivery, and Standard rate takes about 3 to 5 business days. This is based on the mail curriers website. Once the package leaves the store, we are not responsible for its arrival and cannot promise that your package will be delivered within the time frame given. 

*Free Shipping is suspended during our Clearance Special Events.

Shipping Method

Packages can be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, Freight, or any other method of shipping that is appropriate for the size/weight/cost of the package. We will provide you with the best shipping rates possible for your purchase.

Late Arrival/Damaged Goods

JARKI is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery of a package once it has been dropped off to the mail carrier. We are also NOT responsible for any damage caused by the mail carrier while in transit to its final destination. If you are having trouble receiving a package that is running late, you may contact them for more information about your package. Please keep in mind that we have the EXACT SAME information that you do about your package, no more and no less. Use the tracking number provided to you via email to refer to your package when contacting the respective mail carrier.

Please contact us within 3 days if you received a damaged item.  Our agent will require photos of the box, the packing & the items.  We will send you instructions and will process your claim – processing time is about 1-2 weeks.  

Additionally, we are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or delays for any foreign orders. They are the responsibility of the purchaser as is return shipping costs.
